How do I update my online information?

Simply sign in with your email address and password, and go to  ‘Account Details.' You can modify your basic information here, such as your email address, username, login key, phone number, and bonus card number. To add, modify, or remove billing and shipment addresses, go to the ‘Address Book' section.

How can I Add to a previous order?

We cannot apply to your order because we do not keep your transaction information until you have signed out. You will need to place a different order after closing an order. 

Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?

Since we send all of the in-stock orders the very day, the order is expected to have been dispatched if you do not notify us immediately. If you need to cancel the order, please feel free to contact our team, and we'll do all we can to keep it from leaving the facility. Please refer to our return & refund policy, which you can find in the footer after receiving the product.
