Return Policy
When you are dissatisfied with the products for any reason, you may return them to us in their best condition and packaging within the first 14 days of receiving them. We will refund shipping costs charged by the buyer when the order was initially placed once the return process for the goods has been completed.
The return process takes a few days, so wait patiently until we verify all the details and check your returned products. Please note that before you return the products, contact our customer care services through info@yorkshirebedding.co.uk or call us at +44 20 3355 4724.
The consumer is responsible for the return and related costs unless the product was defective or wrong; in that case, we will have a pre-paid returns tag for faulty goods - please note that YorkShire will not refund return shipping fees.
Also, it is essential to claim the return in the first 14 days after receiving them, or Yorkshire will reject your claim, and you’ll be responsible for all the risks associated with it.
Note: You are required to return the gifts with the returned products. And that you will not claim to have them at any cost and return the products only.
Which products cannot be returned?
- Products you've had for more than 14 days
- Unsealed or unboxed products
- Products that haven't been packaged or labeled in their original packaging
- Poorly maintained products or packaging
