Ordered over a week ago next day delivery messaged a few times and they messaged back once saying they were looking into it still not received my order or been given a refund when I asked for it
I use two separate 4.5tog duvets instead if one 9.5tog, which means if I get too warm I can move one down a bit and pull it back up again if I chill too much. Works for me.
I'm always cautious when ordering good online however I ordered extra deep fitted sheets (40cm) and they are a very deep fitted indeed. And they are super soft. Would recommend.
