Pillows are amazing super thick i usual use 2 pillows but found I only needed the one part of my order was missing due to the delivery driver but the company sent out a replacement one with out to many questions

These are neither too hard nor too soft. So very comfy. They are also good value for money. I am very happy with the purchase, except that one of the pillows is slightly thinner than the other one. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
