It may be Egyptian cotton, but the thread count is disappointingly low, 200 at most. Whilst it is a very generous super king, there is no top or bottom hem ( top hem should always be deeper than all the others, bottom deeper than the sides) there is plenty of fabric to do this. The finishing is poor quality, stitching not tied off and occasionally missing the seams completely. For the price it isn’t really bad, but it could be better. It survived its first wash well.

This flat sheet is nice and thick. It was great value for money. It is also easy to iron, with minimum creases. Once on the bed, it stays in place, so there is less effort when it comes to making the bed in the mornings. As it's made from cotton, it keeps you cool in the summer.
